The analyses allow for the investigation of various dimensions: the <strong>social<\/strong> dimension, through qualitative surveys on employee perception; the <strong>environmental<\/strong> dimension, regarding the impacts of the company and its supply chain; and the <strong>economic-financial<\/strong> dimension, which highlights the creation and distribution of the value generated. <\/p>\n<p>The journey undertaken with Maglificio Alto Milanese, in collaboration with <strong>Servizi Confindustria Varese<\/strong> and the <strong>Askesis<\/strong> consultants, lasted about three months and developed through periodic meetings between the project team and specialists from various areas. The result was <strong>a final document representing a cross-sectional overview<\/strong> of the entire company. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The sustainability assessment process undertaken with Askesis offered us a valuable opportunity to reflect deeply on the sustainable dimension of our company.
